R8706 Digital Psychrometer manufactured by Reed Instruments.

Reed's Digital Psychrometer/ Thermo-Hygrometer provides simultaneous relative humidity and air temperature readings, as well as automatically calculating wet bulb and dew point temperatures without needing to consult charts.

This device is used in a wide range of applications including the testing of moisture and heat levels of sauna rooms in spas, ensuring the optimum level of humidity in greenhouses and for monitoring the effects of humidity within environmental stuides and laboratory experiments.
