DB Sauter Digital Torque Meters

Sauter's DB digital torque meters employ a rotary sensor for dynamic testing of electric screwdrivers are constructed from durable metal housing for use in harsh environmental conditions. These devices are particularly suitable for testing torque wrenches, electric hand screwdrivers and cordless screwdrivers.

The DB includes a back-lit LCD graphic display with a capacity bar that indicates how much of the measuring range is available. An AUTO-OFF function is used to preserve the battery.

This torque meter has a robust mounting plate for secure fixing with DB 20-3 to DB 50-2 and rubber feet with anti-slip feature with DB 0.5-4 to DB 10-3.

Internal data memory saves up to 500 measurements and memory can be transferred to the PC using optional software. This device comes with USB and RS 232 data interfaces to the PC included.

In terms of software, the DB torque meter includes a peak hold mode to capture peaks and can be used in both directions of rotation. The device also includes a function to set limits, programming of Max./Min, in pull and push direction, with output of audible and optical signal.
